This sweet little peanut is my dear, dear friend's daughter. Such a wonderful little family, with an eager big sister at home they welcomed this beautiful little girl. I waited SO long to get my hands on her, and was finally able to just a few short days after she joined our world.
My son, who has had many play dates with her big sister, knew who she was just from her pictures, and said "Mommy, I love her, and I haven't even got to hold her yet." I explained to him, that is the wonderful thing about babies, you love them for the wonder of who they will become. You love them for who they already are. You love them because you love their family. And you love them because they are SO squishy cute!" To that he giggled and agreed! We do love her!

"Mommy, who is that baby?"
I had the pleasure, and I mean pleasure, of photographing such a sweet, sweet little girl. She was perfectly beautiful, just like I think all newborns are, and she was tiny! She decided that she was going to join our world three weeks early, she was ready for everyone to meet her! In the photographer world, the best we can hope for is a sleepy baby when doing the newborn photo shoots. We dream of that little baby, perfectly posed, snoring away with out a care in the world...this was that baby. I moved her, and moved her and shifted her, and posed her, stripped her down to her birthday suit, and not a care in the world! She was perfect, just like I'm sure her parents think she is! Let me introduce, Sweet Princess E!
When I got home from this session, I was so excited to get my hands on the photos to share some with mom and dad, my son walked in and asked "Mommy, who is that baby?" I answered "A sweet, sweet girl who answered all of her parents dreams and prayers." It took my 5 year old a second to register, and then questioned "Did they get that baby from their belly or did the "Stork" drop it off at their house?" I giggled, as I do at a lot of his antics, and told him that she came from her Mommy's belly. Again, a pause, and then he told me "Mommy, that Stork needs a new hobby, all these babies are coming from bellies."
